Two things that I will try more in my class is to
- share 1:1 and 1:group positive feedback about students work.
- share more of what tamariki want to share on our class blog instead of teacher
lead.
Things I have found successful
- staff sharing on our school face book page.
- Sharing with parents when they come in to pick their tamariki up after school.
